BACKGROUND MATERIAL: 
Francis was born on the seventeenth of February 2384 in Paisley, Scotland.
His parents brought him up as a Catholic, and he practices his faith very
well. He plays the trombone, bagpipes and piano. His love for his home land
is only rivalled by his love for his favorite 
football team, Celtic. He has a close family relationship with his cousin
Matthew who is 26. 
He is about to graduate from the Academy. 

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: 
Francis fell into the sea on a holiday to America and nearly drowned before
being rescued by Starfleet Sea Force crewmen. He has a fear of water and
deep drops.

PHYSICAL INFO: 
Francis has a muscular frame, and is fit to serve in STARFLEET. He also
packs one hell of a left hook.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS: 
Francis excells in tactical and engineering problems and has a great
artistic touch. He loves rock, ecpecially the ancient band Nirvana.
